Learn Well Driving offers lessons in Galway City & surrounding areas, providing training for category b students.
- If your first category b learner permit was issued before april 4th 2011, learn well provide pretest lessons
- If your first category b learner permit was issued on/after april 4th 2011 you must take the EDT (Essential Driver Training) course
The Essential Driver Training course is a course of twelve one hour driving lessons. The EDT is mandatory training aimed at improving road safety in Ireland.
Learn Well offer tuition for full license holders who need to brush up on their skills i.e. : nervous drivers, following an accident, motorway tuition, roundabouts, or new to Galway city and county roads. We offer excellent, patient, quality and consistent tuition.
Passing the theory test is the first step to applying for your learner permit. Once you receive your learner permit you can commence EDT. You must wait 6 months from the issue date of your learner permit until you sit the test. You must complete the 12 EDT before you sit the test.
